  A woman in today’s world has no boundaries or limitations. She is educated, she is bold and she even may be wiser than some of her male competitors. But she is still a woman, and nature imposes certain limitations on her bodily presence. No matter how much she advances in society, a lady still has to face her menstrual problems. What is it about?   A woman’s menstrual cycle more casually known as “periods”, occurs after every 28 days on an average. This  is required for the production of “ovocytes'', and for the preparation of the uterus for  pregnancy.  Accompanied with symptoms such as irritability and headaches, the core discomfort during the time of periods, is the occasional discharge of blood from a woman’s vagina. The initial stages of discomfort lead to adorning pads to avoid the seepage of blood and the consequent soiling of garments.     In today's fast paced world where everything from time to gadgets to money disappear quickly, it is perhaps difficult to even sit down and take a deep breath.  Everyone around the globe have started running so fast in their lives, that they don't notice their physical selves are slowly dying in the process and that if they don't take care, they would never reach the end of the race safely.  They must come to understand that there is nothing in the world that can run non-stop for ever and ever. Even lifeless objects like cars and mobile phones need to be switched off after a while, so that they can rejuvenate their stored energy. If non-living things too have to take rest, then shouldn't it be the same for living beings as well? Shouldn't human beings with their continuous race from birth to death, also take rest?   The two main advantages that man has over other species is one, to use his tongue to communicate with his brethren and two use his thumb to pen down those thoughts which he couldn't tell out immediately, and store them for a later while. But these are the same advantages that are responsible for man's destruction as well, these days. This is because just like people tend to ignore any living or non living object as having not much relevance, people ignore the power of a word too. A word be it in oral or written form has the power which perhaps even a dozen nuclear bombs wouldn't have. This is because a bomb can only destruct whereas a word can change destiny in any direction and make the same energy used for destruction to be used for further growth.  Despite its magnanimous effect, people remain oblivious to the power of a word and its influence on each and every sphere of their life.
